Polite, professional and honest

From my initial email, the follow up was quick, professional and helpful. I purchased a car and I was so impressed I have already recommended Daniel to a friend. On viewing the car was exactly as shown in the photos. There was so hard sell and I went away happy with the car I enquired about. A couple of follow up calls have both been dealt with, which made the purchasing experience even better.

I am a Chinese buyer who came to Cambridge University just before one month. Maybe it was my luck that made me come across such a good car dealer as Danniel. He's very nice, but that's the tiniest of virtues compared to his professionalism. The most important thing between people is trust, and I think trust really played a big part in my car buying process. This allowed me to deal with Danniel in the same way I would deal with a friend. Even more than half a month after getting the car, Danniel was still very keen to ask me if I had any problems with the car. I don't know if this is usual practice for UK car dealers, but there is no doubt that Danniel made me feel cared for and responsible. It does seem that Autotrader's rating system is very effective and sellers with 5 star reviews are well worth considering. The price of the car was very reasonable, especially after I compared with other dealers. The condition of the car was just as he described and there was absolutely no need to do anything more on my own.

I would definitely use this dealer again and recommend to others. Daniel was so accommodating, he had the car valeted for me the same day I looked at it, had the wheels checked for me the next morning and I picked the car up later that day! He also ordered a couple of parts that needed replacing and phoned me the next day to check all was okay. 5* service, thanks Daniel!

Dan was brilliant, really helpful and very honest. He sold us a great freelander for a really competitive price, and it’s in great condition. We had a few questions after buying it which he didn’t hesitate to help us with - would highly recommend.
